Books or documents can be scanned with a smartphone using the ScanTent and the free DocScan app. Instructions for use can be found on the device. The ScanTent is located in the closed reading room next to the information/service desk.

Microfilm readers and scanners

You will find microfilm and microfiche readers in the closed reading room next to the information/service desk. We will help you to operate the devices.

Scan service of the RUB libraries

The University Library and various departmental libraries offer the scanning service for RUB members (not for external users!).

Copy

Copiers are no longer available in the University Library or on the entire campus. Since 1.4.2023, the RUB Printing Centre/Copy Centre has been the central location for making copies and prints.
